Procedure of Japanese Used Car Trade

Please send us your inquiry from our web stock list. We will make estimation and reply as soon as possible.	Please feel free to ask any question by email or phone, but please avoid long long price negotiation.	Once we agreed, we will make a Proforma Invoice and send you by email.	When you receive Proforma Invoice, please go to the bank and transfer your funds before the due date.

Please send us bank transfer confirmation sheet (T/T Slip) by email or fax.	At the time we receive bank receipt, we will begin the ship arrangement.	If your country requires the inspection before importing, we will take the inspection by JAAI, JEVIC, or Intertek.	We will carry your vehicles to the parking lot at the port for loading the ship.

Before the loading ship, we will make clearance in Japan. After we get permit for exporting, your vehicle will be loaded to the ship.	Following the schedule made by ship company, ship will depart from the port in Japan and go to your country.	We will receive B/L document after the ship departure. We will send all documents you need by EMS as soon as possible.	Please make clearance work and required duty in your country, We hope you can enjoy with our exported car.

Step1: Inquiry

We will sell you Japanese used car by two ways.

1. From the Stock List

2. Ordering any Japanese used car which is not on the Stock List

If you would like to purchase Japanese used car which is not on the Stock List, please write to below file and send us by mail or fax.

Step2-3: Negotiation and Proforma Invoice

After you agree our terms and price, we will issue Proforma Invoice and send it by email or fax.

This invoice shows all expenses including freight fee, customs and document, inspection fee for required country and etc.

At the time we will issue Proforma Invoice, we will post "Reserved" icon to our web stock list if the vehicle is listed to the web. This icon is valid for three business days and we will get rid of icon at the 4th business day.

Step4-5: Payment

You will need to complete the payment by the bank transfer within 72 hours from the invoice reception and send us bank transfer confirmation sheet (T/T slip) by email or fax.

We should receive the confirmation the payment within 72 hours, and it takes 2-7 days for the actual payment to reach our account. We will replace from "Reserved" icon to "soldout" icon when we receive bank receipt from you. If you don't send confirmation sheet, your car might be sold to others while your money is processing bank.

All payments must be made through the bank transfer to the mentioned on the invoice bank account. We can NOT accept L/C, credit cards and checks. We accept payments by bank transfer in Japanese Yen(JPY), US Dollars(USD), or EURO.

Step6: Shipping Arrangements

Once we confirm your payment, we proceed to arrange the shipping of your car and book the first available vessel going to your port. Once the booking is complete, we will inform you of the booking details by email.

Step7-11: Sending Shipping Documents

If your country requires the inspection before importing, we will take the inspection by JAAI, JAVEC, or Intertek.

We will carry your vehicles to the parking lot at the port for loading the ship.

Before the loading ship, we will make clearance in Japan. After we get permit for exporting, your vehicle will be loaded to the ship.

Following the schedule made by ship company, ship will depart from the port in Japan and go to your country.

3 - 7 days after the vessel leaves Japanese port, we will express mail you shipping related documents below by EMS (or DHL).

• Original Export Certificate
• INVOICE/PACKING LIST for custom work
• Our Company's INVOICE
• JAAI or JAVEC paper (if your vehicle was inspected by JAAI or JEVIC)
• English Translated Export Certificate (if you need)
  We will make English Translated Export Certificate only $30 extra charge.

Step12: Ship Departure

Please make clearance work and required duty in your country by yourself or using agent in your country. We strongly recommend to use your country's agent for import clearance, because we can not help it. We hope you can enjoy with our exported car.

Step13: Please...

1. We do not turn back the odometer. Please do not request us to turn back the odometer. It is illegal in Japan.
2. Basically, we don't prepare additional parts to your vehicle.
3. Please understand we can not change the ship schedule. Ship schedule is decided by the ship company.
4. We will make a reservation of the ship at the time your funds arrives at our bank account or we received transfer confirmation sheet (T/T slip). Please do not request the booking of the ship before the payment.
